What is coaching?

Sportive coaching is to support someone during fitness training, muscular strengthening, diet, or any specific needs concerning sports and the body.

Who is coaching for?

Sportive coaching is for any one wishing to get fitter, with general or specific goals, to stay healthy…

How does it work?

We will meet to assess your needs and abilities, and plan a personnal progamme (weight loss, training for sportive exams, muscular toning,…) which will follow your improvement aver the tutorials.

Wellness

What is wellness?

It is first of all the care for yourself. Including, Thai massage(massage based on muscle pressures and stretching), relaxing, sensory perception.

Wellness, who for?

Wellness coaching is for anyone wishing to relax, either physically or mentally. Also to focus on the mental only.

How does it work?

2 types of session : either 1 or 2 hours
Depending on your wishes and needs, I can offer different programms.

Coaching session (45 minutes to 1h15)

  • 2-3 people 80 euros
Coaching & Wellness session (1h15 to 2 hours)
  • 1 person from 100 euros
